About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support smooth workflow across teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality. You will coordinate task assignments, manage client and project data, track progress and updates, and act as the key communication link between the post‑production team and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate tasks and schedules to keep projects on track and deliverables met.
• Maintain and organize client data, project files, and progress records.
• Serve as a central point of contact between team members and leadership to ensure clear communication.
• Prepare and share regular progress reports, updates, and performance dashboards with management.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, collecting feedback, and facilitating revisions as project needs evolve.
• Support the post‑production team with documentation, status tracking, and resource planning.
• Help maintain quality standards and workflows across all active assignments.

Requirements

Qualification:

*BBA(or any degree if with working experience) in people handeling skills with good communication skills .
