About the Role
We are seeking a Cinematic Video Editor to transform raw wedding footage into emotionally engaging, visually stunning films. You will craft cinematic storytelling that reflects client needs, mood, and narrative while maintaining high technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into a compelling cinematic narrative with smooth pacing and emotional flow.
• Add music, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Understand the emotional tone of each project and translate client vision into the final film.
• Color grade and correct footage for visual consistency and cinematic look.
• Work closely with the creative team to align edits with briefs and client expectations.
• Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently for timely delivery.
• Ensure all edits meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of narrative structure, emotional pacing, and audience engagement.
• Excellent creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to incorporate client feedback.

Requirements
Qualification:
Creative pro certification or similar certification from known schools with experience OR
with 3+ years experience and Adobe Creative Pro skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects). Must edit, color grade, add sound/graphics, meet deadlines, tell visual stories, and deliver quality work.
